Bolo is a Cree refugee from the former Quebec province. My experience with her is that she is survivor, almost to a fault. The girl tends to blow things out of porportion when life doesn't go her way.

One example of this behavior is her recent flight from Cheyenne. Bolo was trying to spirit away a head of cattle when the owner interupted her. The man was old and suffered a heart attack at that very moment and died despite her efforts to ressucitate him

She then panicked and led bounty hunters and authorities on a two month long manhunt to apprehend her. During her run she added charges of assault on a police officer, and general mayhem as trouble followed her with every step. In the end Bolo turned herself over the bondsman Frody Carpenter

To date her only known associate is the recently registered bondsman Chucko Liang. I'm not sure of the relationship between Bolo and this man, but witness reports indicate that they are very close.
